These terms cover your use of Yaniv Score Keeper. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the App Is

Yaniv Score Keeper is a free companion tool for keeping score in the card game Yaniv. You play with real cards at the table, and the app records and calculates scores. It lets you:

• Set up a game for 2 to 6 players
• Record each round, including Yaniv calls and Assaf events
• View live rankings, a chase graph, and a full round history
• Save and resume a game on your device

2. What the App Is Not

Yaniv Score Keeper does not host or run card games, does not involve real money, and does not facilitate gambling or wagering of any kind. It is a scorekeeping utility and nothing more.

3. Using the App

When you use Yaniv Score Keeper, you agree to:

• Use it for personal, lawful scorekeeping
• Avoid attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage the app
• Accept that the scores you enter are your responsibility to enter accurately

4. Your Data

All game data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit it. You are responsible for your own data, including the possibility that clearing the app's storage or removing the app will erase your saved games. Please see our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

5. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That every calculation will be free of mistakes
• That saved games will always persist across devices or updates

The score that matters at your table is the one the players agree on. Treat the app as a helpful assistant, not a referee.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaniv Score Keeper and its creators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost game data or any disagreement over a score. The app is a free tool offered in good faith.

7. Intellectual Property

The app's design, name, and original content belong to its creators and are protected by applicable law. The card game Yaniv itself is a traditional game and is not claimed by us. Please do not:

• Copy or redistribute the app as your own
• Use our name or branding without permission

8. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may add features, change them, or update these terms over time. When we update the terms, we will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Cost

Yaniv Score Keeper is free to use. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases required to use its features.
