A short tour of how to set up a game, score a round, and read what the app is showing you. None of it takes long, and the app does the math.
♠ Setting Up a Game
- Tap "New Game" on the home screen.
- Add your players, 2 to 6 of them, and name each one.
- Choose your length: Short at 100 points or Classic at 200.
- Confirm the table and the first round opens, ready to score.
♥ Scoring a Round
- When a hand ends, pick each player's cards with the card picker.
- Watch the hand value tally itself as you tap each card.
- Mark which player called Yaniv.
- If someone matched or beat the caller, flag the Assaf so the 30 point penalty applies.
- Save the round. Every total updates instantly.
♦ Reading the Scoreboard
- Players are ranked live after every round.
- The color-coded bar shows how close each player is to the limit.
- Safe scores read calm, scores near the limit read hot.
- A drop badge appears when a player hits the magic 50 or 100 and falls back.
♣ Following the Chase Graph
- Open the chase graph to see every player's line across the rounds.
- Look for the sharp dips where a drop reset someone's score.
- Spot who surged after an Assaf landed on a rival.
- Track who is climbing toward the limit and who has room to spare.
♠ Browsing The Book
- Open The Book to see the full round history.
- Each entry shows who called Yaniv and whether an Assaf occurred.
- Read each player's delta for that round at a glance.
- Scroll back as far as the game goes. Nothing is ever lost.
♥ Pausing & Resuming
- Leave whenever you like. The game saves on its own.
- Reopen the app to find your game waiting on the home screen.
- Tap to resume and continue from the exact round you left.
- When the last player crosses the limit, the winner screen reveals the champion and the final tally.
Tips for a Smooth Table
♠ Score as You Go
Enter each hand the moment it ends. It keeps the table honest and the totals never fall behind.
♥ Mind the Magic Numbers
Landing exactly on 50 or 100 is a gift. Watch the scoreboard for the drop badge and play toward it.
♦ Call the Assaf Clearly
When a caller gets caught, flag the Assaf right away so the 30 point penalty is recorded with the round.
